Alternative Dispute Resolution
SACG provides a confidential process in which a certified neutral mediator facilitates a conversation between parties involved in an interpersonal conflict, ongoing disagreement, or dispute. In that role, SACG’s mediator will serve as a skilled listener, facilitator and as a communication resource to provide a structured process that assists in identifying core issues, needs, the development of resolution options, and guiding the involved parties to determine a mutually agreeable solution.

Accessibility Services
